How We Are Contributing to The Hydrogen Supply Chain
In a recent article, we highlighted our commitment to Sustainability by detailing what Optimistic is doing as a manufacturing business to reduce emissions and we promised to provide more detail regarding our contribution to the hydrogen supply chain.
Et voilà! As it is widely known in our industry, hydrogen will become key in the future energy supply chain due to its low carbon footprint. In fact, in its ‘Global Hydrogen Review’ report, the International Energy Agency (IEA) reflects: “The number of announced projects for low-emission hydrogen production is rapidly expanding. Annual production of low-emission hydrogen could reach 38 Mt in 2030 (…)”. [1]
As an optimal player in the rotary equipment manufacturing industry, Optimistic is positively contributing to the facilitation of hydrogen as a pivotal energy supplier. Now and in the future. How? Mainly through our reciprocating compressors.
