It is common for customers and buyers of turbomachinery to request a MRT (Mechanical Running Test) and a performance test for their equipment at the manufacturer plant.
This test is always performed in OPTIMISTIC factory, according to ANSI/AMCA 210/ASME PTC 11 standards for fans and blowers. For the compressors, it’s according to ASME PTC 10 standard.
Our test bed power capacity is 12 MW. If power consumption of the equipment is more than available in our factory, those tests will be performed in similar conditions with a lower speed and power consumption. In this case, the conditions of AMCA 802 standard will be applied for the fans and blowers and the ASME PTC standard for the compressors.
