Our CEO, Dr Bruno Valverde Cota, was awarded Economic Counselor by the President of the National Economic Council

Optimistic’s CEO, Dr Bruno Valverde Cota, was awarded Economic Counselor by the Portuguese Economic Council on the 27th of May 2024.

During a ceremony presented by the President of the Portuguese Economic Council, António Mendonça, and with the special participation of the honorable President of Portugal, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, Dr Bruno was honored as National Economic Counselor.

The title follows more than 25 years of experience in economics and successful business management which have resulted, amongst other things, in founding Optimistic in 2012.

Being a National Economic Counselor solidifies Dr Bruno Valverde Cota large experience and dominance in the realms of business management and economic development. Furthermore, it reflects the outstanding growth of his entrepreneurial initiatives.

Regarding the distinction, Optimistic’s CEO highlighted, “It is a true honor being awarded Economic Counselor, especially in a ceremony presented by the President of Portugal and the President of the Economic Council.
